Workflowww may partner with other companies to provide special services, products, discounts or other information that will benefit our Customers and their Members. The free features of our Services are funded by our sponsors and advertisers. We use requested demographic information from Customers and Members to help us attract sponsors, advertisers and partners and to offer the most useful products, services and information. However, the demographic information will be distributed to these sponsors, advertisers, partners and any other third parties only in aggregate form unless the Customer or Member is specifically notified to the contrary and given an opportunity to elect not to transmit personally identifiable information or receive such special service, product, discount or other information.

The following describes some of the ways that Customers’ and Members’ information may be disclosed.

Third Party Data & Data in the Aggregate: Workflowww may at times disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our services to prospective partners, advertisers, and other third parties, and for other lawful purposes.

Customer's and Member's Workflowww information and Workflowww profile are password-protected so that only they have access to this identifiable information. Customers and Members may edit their Workflowww information and Workflowww profile by using their Workflowww ID and password.

We recommend that Customers and Members do not divulge their password to anyone. Workflowww will never ask Customers or Members for their password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited email. It is the responsibility of Customers or Members to sign out of Workflowww account and close their browser window when they have finished their work. This is to ensure that others cannot access Customers’ and Members’ account information and correspondence if they share a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place like a library or Internet cafe.

When Customers and Members give Workflowww identifiable information, this information may be sent electronically to servers outside of the country where Customers and Members originally entered the information, such as to Singapore or other countries. In addition, this information may be used, stored and processed outside of the country where Customers and Members entered this information. Whenever Workflowww handles identifiable information as described above, regardless of where this occurs, Workflowww takes steps to ensure that their information is treated securely and in accordance with the relevant Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect Customers’ and Members’ information, Workflowww cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that Customers and Members transmit to us or from our online products or services, and they do so at their own risk. Once we receive Customers' and Members' transmissions, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems. We have taken measures to protect user information once it is received by the site, including but not limited to the following: limited access by employees, servers and data stored in a secured location, security software where appropriate and cost effective.

Except for Personal Information that must be provided in order for Workflowww to provide the Services, Customers and Members may elect (a) to remove their Personal Information from the Customer's site and our databases, or (b) to cancel the Site registration. If a Customer cancels its Site registration, all the Personal Information of the Customer and its respective Members will be removed from our databases (other than in aggregate form or as necessary to maintain our administrative records), and the Customer's Site Information will be removed from our servers.
