Cyberjaya, Malaysia 13 June 2014 - myWorkflowww CEO, Charles Koh featured as a panelist and participant in a series of thought leadership discussions, organized by MDeC's (Multimedia Development Corporation) Infotech Division in collaboration with Gartner.

This industry roundtable discussion themed "Collaborate to Grow the Information Technology Economy in Malaysia" was attended by a group of CIOs, industry leaders and venture capitalists, including workshops focused on four tracks; banking & financial services, retail, manufacturing and healthcare. Panelists include Mr Todd Schofield, Managing Director, Standard Chartered Company (SF CA, USA), Mr Chakib Abi-Saab, Chief Digital Officer, Bumi Armada (Malaysia) and peers from Standard Chartered Bank and Shell.

Charles, an Alumni Member of Research Board (Main Board) was there to share his views around technology adoption using Cloud computing. The organizers aim to bring together distinguished industry players and to promote collaboration with government-sanctioned initiatives such as MDeC to drive thought leadership across both the private and public sectors.

Singapore 29 May 2014 - myWorkflowww CEO, Charles Koh featured as a panelist in the SMB World Asia's 3rd Annual SME BizTech Summit, organized by SMB World Asia (www.smbworldasia), part of the Questex Media, a leading global business information company. The summit is a yearly gathering of senior business management and professionals working in small to mid-size businesses

In the panel discussion themed "Building a Better Business for the Future", myWorkflowww's CEO, Charles Koh, shared his experience on how SMEs need to have access to automation in order to compete effectively. "With SMEs players typically hiring more than 90% of the employment and propelling at least 60% of the economy across Asia, IT automation increasingly plays an important role in both process efficiency and cost containment; the advent of cloud computing, without any hardware or software investments, is the way forward for SME or any business operators looking to automate but without burden of IT Capex or hidden costs that comes with IT."

On how SMEs can successfully adopt IT, Charles added, "The key to successful IT adoption is changing behavior to fit system's prescribed processes, and therefore ensure simplicity while still achieving convenience, repeatable controls and immediate benefits at affordable price. Business owners must focus on what they do best - the business of generating sales - not IT management."

myWorkflowww Deploys Real-time Attendance Tracking at ICT Expo Indonesia 2014

Jakarta, Indonesia 20 May 2014 - This week, myWorkflowww made a live appearance at one of Indonesia's largest bi-annual tech shows, ICT Expo Indonesia 2014, host to over 200 companies from a diverse mix of ICT-related industries including telecommunications, eGovernment bodies, digital media, mobile applications, satellite, security and connectivity systems.

myWorkflowww entered into a collaborative effort with the event organizer to register and track real-time visitor attendance including individual exhibitor booth's visitor activity.

myWorkflowww provided an integrated platform to allow live data analysis of visitor traffic. Post-event analysis of booth level traffic was possible as a value-add to individual exhibitors who wish to follow up with delegates.

Singapore Apparel Manufacturer Ties Up with myWorkflowww

Singapore 20 April 2014 - myWorkflowww expands its reach with SME players through its latest implementation with Tung Mung International (TMI Group), an apparel manufacturer with operations across four Asian countries and a total workforce of more than 10,000 employees.

TMI Group wanted to improve existing process efficiencies in its Singapore operations by automating simple processes on two fronts; firstly, to allow employee self-service over simple processes such as leave requests and expense claims submissions. Secondly, improve visibility over employee attendance at different locations including those in the office and sales staff who are constantly on the move.

By using myWorkflowww's Time Management, Expense Management and Attendance Tracking applications, TMI Group has improved record keeping accuracy over its employee transactions and increased visibility on employee attendance using real-time attendance tracking with GPS data, resulting in immediate and actionable response from their managers on ground.

myWorkflowww Powers Up With Second Generation Routing Engine

Shanghai, 8 March 2014 - myWorkflowww released its second-generation platform. Developed and tested in-house since June 2013, a new set of core capabilities will replace the predecessor engine that had been used with many of myWorkflowww's current pilot customers. The first generation engine enabled myWorkflowww's basic routing functions that were mostly linear, pre-configured approval flows with standard capabilities that handle transaction approvals, returns, cancel actions and tracking of transaction audit trails.

The old version will now make way for a sophisticated second-gen engine that is optimized to scale its capabilities to allow 3rd party APIs, mobile app store support and contains highly reusable codes to rapidly build apps. In line with the routing enhancements, some new features that will be visible to users include app permission settings and a flexible hybrid architecture that can cater to customers who have on-premise database requirements.

According to myWorkflowww's VP of Product Technology, Zhang Yong Bing, "With the release of this new generation core engine, many new user level capabilities will be realized. 3rd party app developers will also be able to use our API and SDKs in Q4 2014 to build custom solutions while taking advantage of our powerful process routing engine."
