Throughout his professional career, Charles has been instrumental in pushing efficiency and simplicity to consumers of information technology. He was the architect of PepsiCo's first low cost handheld solution and e-commerce portal that was adopted across major markets in Asia. As global head of strategy & planning with Shell Retail, he oversaw opportunities to reduce cost without sacrificing efficiency. He was with a financial investments house based in Singapore from 2007 to 2011. He is also founder of Han Advisory which specialises in strategic advisory around technology and business processes. Charles brings more than 16 years of cross-industry and cross-functional experience and has assembled a core team of diverse talent to found myWorkflowww. He has a degree in Economics & Management from the London School of Economics. |

Tze Wee's career path has always centered on understanding consumer trends and formulating strategies to bridge products to end users. In her early years in Saatchi & Saatchi and the Ogilvy Group, she was instrumental in driving the use of consumer insights in the planning of successful advertising campaigns, culminating in several Effie Awards over 2 consecutive years. As vice president of investment promotions at Malaysia Property Incorporated, she led the formation of the market intelligence division and headed the institutional investor relations effort for China and new markets. Tze Wee oversees the brand and marketing strategy at myWorkflowww. She has a Law degree from the University of Manchester and MSc in Marketing from UMIST. |

Yong Bing comes with years of experience in information systems design, workflow and cloud technologies - focusing on the application of IT within industries such as logistics, automobiles, e-commerce and business management. Early in his career, he developed automotive repair business management software for mass implementation, enhancing the efficiency of processes within. As R&D Department Manager in the China Automotive Network, he was responsible for the design and development of an interconnected application platform for automotive owners and parts suppliers. In his last assignment, he was responsible for product design and development of workflow and SaaS applications for multiple regional clients and multinational companies. Yong Bing heads the tech team in myWorkflowww. He graduated with an engineering degree from Zhejiang Technical University and a computer information management degree from Fudan University. |

Prior to joining myWorkflowww, Aaron was a Senior Manager at KPMG's Assurance and Advisory Practice providing assurance, financial and business risk advisory services to healthcare institutions and restructured hospitals, multi-national banks, financial institutions and corporate clients. Aaron has exposure in treasury management that includes derivatives and equity trading and broking operations. While with KPMG, he has worked in London serving the firm's major financial services clients in UK and continental Europe. Other places where he has held international assignments include Australia, Switzerland, Taiwan and Malaysia. During a stint outside of KPMG, Aaron was a founding member of Access Office Systems where they provided workflow solutions to banks, private & government sector organizations looking to automate. He has supply chain experience where he sourced and managed contract manufacturers for his business needs. Aaron is a CPA (Australia) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Griffith University, Australia. |

Siau-Yen brings 10 years of solid customer service experience to Workflowww. She was the operations manager for Aussino Group Limited - a SGX listed company with operations across Asia, Europe, Middle East and North America. During her tenure with Aussino, she played a major role in setting up distribution points in Hong Kong, Korea, Brunei, Saudi Arabia and Philippines. Part of Siau-Yen's core capability is to work with distribution partners as well as Aussino company owed boutiques to ensure high level of consistency across all store operations and all customer facing activities. Listening to customer's feedback and transforming feedback into end product and positive experience is the other core strength that she will bring to Workflowww. Siau-Yen has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from RMIT, Australia. |

Carmen brings insights and science of revenue management to myWorkflowww. In her most recent stint with Revenue Management Solutions, she was accountable for revenue planning for clients across Southeast Asia and China. RMS counts one of the worlds’ largest and best recognized brands as their client. While at IDeaS, a leading hospitality software firm, she applied the use of revenue management and price optimization solutions to new verticals within the Hospitality Industry. In her early career in marketing, Carmen was responsible for the marketing function of Dematic S.E.A., a spin-off from Siemens AG. She also served at two other services companies with regional reach in areas of marketing, customer acquisition and market research. In 2012, Carmen served six months in Cambodia for a non-profit organization. Besides living life with purpose, Carmen has also pursued continuous academic endeavors. Carmen has a B.BA (Marketing) from the National University of Singapore, a post-graduate diploma in Brand Marketing from Nanyang Polytechnic as well as a Master of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University. |
